The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the train station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The staff were friendly and provided great service. One of the best aspects of my stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was super clean, giving a good impression.
The first was the size of the room, it was a bit too small for my liking.

Reception is pleasant, room is spacious and provides pajamas. Location is close to Ueno but not bothersome. Air conditioner available for cooling and heating. Nearby shopping street and ample dining options. Drinking machine at entrance. Conveniently close to JR and subway stations, with helpful staff. Non-smoking room promptly changed upon request. Good room facilities and easy access to market. Limited breakfast but varied bread selection and hot chocolate option.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to train stations and a nearby convenience store. The room size was suitable for our family. The breakfast, though limited, had tasty pastries and good coffee. The free coffee all day was a bonus.

The hotel's location is great, being close to both Keisei Ueno Station and JR Ueno Station. It is also conveniently located near a bustling shopping street where we could easily find everything we needed. The room we stayed in was compact but clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast offered a continental spread with a variety of bread and drink options.
The air-conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortably warm.

We loved our second stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being very close to both the subway and Ueno station. It was also conveniently located not far from the Keisei Ueno station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were up to the standard we expected in Japan. Another great feature was the breakfast, included in the room rate for every guest. The variety of bakery items and the quality of the drinks and coffee were excellent.
